The movie offers a more inclusive vision of beauty and tells the story of Willowdean Dickson, a plus-size teenager who signs up for the Texas pageant that her beauty-queen mother (Jennifer Aniston) won in the ’90s. Initially an act of protest, Willowdean’s entry encourages others, previously dissuaded by the image-consciousness of the institution, to compete as an act of protest against the old institution.

As many psychology studies attest, self-love and compassion are key for mental health and well-being, keeping depression and anxiety at bay. Maybe one of the strongest messages of Dumplin’ is that loving yourself exactly how you are in this moment is the only way to feel loved.

Dr.Gatter says that “It is hard to receive love from anyone else unless we love ourselves first. This is highlighted in the movie when Bo says to Willa “It doesn’t matter what I think about you, does it?” Meaning that even though Bo thinks Willa is beautiful, if Willa does not think she is beautiful then Bo’s words do not get through and change her views of herself. We can heal any self-loathing feelings we have for ourselves by letting others love us, but we have to love and accept ourselves first.”

“This is another way of saying that you need to discover who you are at your core and love yourself as you are and then live your life from this place inside of you,” adds Dr. Gatter.

Thanh Xuan, Hanoi – December 21, 2018 – An electronic visa is one of visa types issued to foreigners by Vietnamese Immigration Department via electronic system which is valid for maximum of 30 days, single entry. The fee is paid via electronic payment gateway as prescribed by the Immigration Department.

When asked about this, “Instead of applying for a visa at the embassy of Vietnam, citizens of specific countries can now simply stay at home and apply e-visa Vietnam online. The spokesperson also added, “The applicants of Vietnam e-visa must have a valid email address to get notification regarding e-visa status, a copy of passport valid for at least 6 months (Scan the page of passport which contain your personal information) for uploading to the online form. They should also have a recent digital photograph for uploading to the online form, and a valid credit card or PayPal account to pay for the e-visa application’s fee.”

The cost for tourist Vietnam e-visa valid for 30 days, single entry is 40 USD and the business e-visa of Vietnam costs 55 USD. Both the visa types incurs no additional fee on arrival.

When talking about the visa exemption, “APEC business travel card holders are exempted from Vietnam visa for not more than 90 days. Travelling to Phu Quoc Island with air return ticket and stay in the Island will be exempted for 30 days of Vietnam visa. A visa is required if go outside the island.”

“Visa On Arrival” requires visitors who can apply e-visa Vietnam online to get a visa approval letter first, then able to pick up their visa on arrival at the airport where they arrive.
